Graceful Oaks Youth Ranch

Graceful Oaks Youth Ranch exists to offer hope to children, strengthen families, reach the local community with God’s love, and to rescue the equine. Graceful Oaks Youth Ranch is located in Northern Colorado.

The Challenge

Graceful Oaks was a new, start-up, non-profit organization with no web presence. They needed a web presence and a way to broadcast information about their organization and mission. They needed a way for donors to be able to donate financially online with one time and monthly donations.

Our Approach

Starting with the design of the website, we created a traditional home page with appealing photos and text clearly communicating the mission of the ranch. Colors were chosen using a “western” theme. To ensure the best visibility, we created a clean high-contrast style that is easy to read and navigate.

Online applications for children to participate in session programs and for volunteers were added to the site.

Donation options were also added to the site and sidebars on each page for ease of use by potential donors.

We provided training to the website administrators to set up and publish regular blog posts that are social media friendly.

We also added an email subscription option for those wanting to stay updated on the regular happenings at the ranch.
