Brandon Realty Group is a real estate agency located in the greater Denver area in Colorado. Cheri Brandon, owner – specializes in higher end real estate. Brandon Realty Group has a passion to help others find “their way home” and is a Homes for Heroes Affiliate.

The Challenge

Brandon Realty was a newer real estate agency no web presence other than a Facebook fan page. They needed a web presence and a way to share information about their business. They needed a way for people searching for homes to be able to view the available listings on the market.

Our Approach

Starting with the design of the website, we created a traditional home page with top navigation and appealing photos. Text on the site clearly communicates the services Brandon Realty provides. Colors were chosen to give the side an elegant and clean look. To ensure the best visibility, we created a clean high-contrast style that is easy to read and navigate.

A “search for homes” option was added as well as a market analysis invitation for those visiting the site.
